About St. George Mold Remediation
St. George Mold Remediation sets up mold, remediation and water-damage work for properties in the City of St. George, Louisiana. It does not inspect or remove mold with its own staff. Louisiana's mold statute, La. R.S. 37:2158(A)(23), forbids the company that assesses mold on a property from also remediating it, so each job is split: an independent assessment firm looks at the property and writes up what it finds, a separate remediation contractor carries out any removal, and someone other than that contractor checks the result afterwards. How a quote turns into work
Once you ask for a quote, here or by phone, an on-site assessment is booked, and afterwards a written scope setting out the work and its price comes to you. Any inspection, remediation or restoration that follows is governed by the written agreement you sign for it. Its terms, not this website, decide what was agreed for that work.
What the firms stand behind
If the firm doing the assessment, the remediation or any rebuilding stands behind its work for a period afterwards, those terms are written into the agreement for that work. Get them in writing and read them before you sign.
Nothing published on this website pledges a particular result, cost, timetable or credential. The pages are general information meant to explain how mold and water jobs usually run; what governs is the quote issued once the property has been seen in person.
Which law applies, and where disputes go
Louisiana law governs these terms. A dispute that grows out of your use of this website falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of East Baton Rouge Parish.

These terms may be revised now and then. The version in force is always the one at this address, with its last-updated date shown near the top. If you keep using the site after a revision, you are accepting the version then in force.
