Your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and how to exercise it with St. George Mold Remediation.
Last updated: 2026-08-22.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state privacy laws, "sale" means providing your personal information to a third party in exchange for anything of value, and "share" means providing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Both are broad definitions.
St. George Mold Remediation does not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not participate in advertising networks or data broker exchanges.
Your personal information (name, phone, email, service address, inquiry details) is used only to schedule, quote, perform, and follow up on the mold inspection or remediation work you inquired about. It is shared only with the specific crew we dispatch to your job, and only for the purpose of completing that work.
Even though we do not sell or share your data, you can still exercise your consumer rights:
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@stgeorgemoldremediation.com with the specific right you wish to exercise, or call (225) 422-7176. We respond within 45 days.
If you are authorizing an agent to submit a request on your behalf, please include a signed statement from you authorizing the agent, and a copy of the agent's identification.
Before we act on a request, we verify your identity by matching the information in the request against what we have in our records (name plus phone number or service address). This is a reasonable step to prevent unauthorized disclosure of your information.
Privacy requests: contact@stgeorgemoldremediation.com or (225) 422-7176.
