Our commitment

We take every complaint seriously. If a Baton Rouge home inspection, remediation, or water-damage restoration referred through this site does not meet your expectations, we want to hear about it. Complaints are how we improve the crews we work with and how we protect other homeowners in the East Baton Rouge Parish corridor.

How to file a complaint

Complaints can be submitted three ways:

What we do next

When we receive a complaint:

  1. Acknowledgement. We confirm receipt within two business days.
  2. Investigation. We contact the crew that performed the work, review the written scope and any documentation on file, and where necessary schedule a re-inspection of the property to verify the issue.
  3. Response. We provide a written response within fifteen business days with our findings and any corrective action offered by the crew.
  4. Escalation. If our proposed resolution does not satisfy you, we will explain external escalation options (see below).

Types of complaint we handle directly

Retaliation

We do not retaliate against complainants. Filing a complaint does not affect our willingness to serve you in the future.
